Tony Pawli is our Creative Director at ThinkPod. He brings a unique skill set to our team – a designer’s eye with a marketer’s brain.

Tony Pawli is our Creative Director at ThinkPod. He has been part of the team for awhile (7 months to be exact), but we have been so busy that we forgot to talk about him publicly.

So we can literally say, Tony’s been one of our best kept secrets.

Tony brings a unique skill set to our team – a designer’s eye with a marketer’s brain. We think he is one of those rare creative minds that uses both the left and right side of his brain. He’s a big picture person who also pays attention to nuance and details.

As our Creative Director, Tony rounds out our team in a way that makes us stronger, and more effective. He brings over 15 years of experience producing advertising and design that respect strategy, communicate effectively and meets (and exceeds) client goals.

From local mom-and-pop boutiques to global Fortune 500 companies, Tony has led concepting, print and interactive design, art direction, advertising, and illustration. His favorite part of the job is simplifying the client’s big picture into a clear, effective end result that the audience understands.

Skilled at concepting and creative strategy, Tony has spent much of his career working with clients in specialized industries that demand results. He’s tackled projects for service industries and B2B clients in fields like healthcare, agri-business, manufacturing, education and non-profits. As Tony puts it, “the heady stuff that other creatives can’t – or just won’t – wrap their heads around.”  It makes sense that Tony works as part of the team so well – because at Thinkpod, we love that. Many of our clients have niche markets that take understanding the specific needs of a very targeted audience in order to get results.
